Service Cancellation
2.1 Cancellation by Client
- Clients may request a cancellation of ongoing services by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- For project-based services such as Web Design and Web Development, cancellation requests must be submitted before work has commenced. Once work has started, refunds will be subject to the refund policy outlined below.
2.2 Cancellation by Company
- We reserve the right to cancel services due to non-compliance with our terms, non-payment, or unethical practices. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.

Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Eligibility
- Web Design & Web Development:
- If cancellation is requested before the design and development process begins, a full refund (minus any transaction fees) will be issued.
- If work has commenced, a partial refund will be considered based on the work completed.
- No refund will be provided once the project has been delivered.
- SEO, PPC, and Social Media Marketing:
- These services involve extensive research, strategy, and execution. As such, payments made for these services are non-refundable.
- If a client chooses to terminate services before the end of the contract term, no partial refunds will be provided for unused time.
- PPC Campaigns:
- All payments made towards PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) are non-refundable as they are directly billed by the respective advertising platforms.
3.2 Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used by the client.

Shipping Policy
As our services (website design, development, and digital marketing) are delivered digitally, no physical shipping is required. All deliverables will be sent via email, cloud storage, or directly deployed on the client’s server. Delivery timelines vary based on project scope and will be communicated in advance.

TECHNOTRENDSDIGITAL reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes through email or a notice on our website.
